At Bonfire, we work everyday to unlock the potential of custom apparel. We’ve helped tens of thousands of causes and organizations raise millions of dollars by selling their own custom apparel, and we’re searching for enthusiastic and empathetic people to deliver top-notch service to our customers.
Bonfire is currently supporting a virtual work environment, meaning work outside of an office will be the primary experience for all team members. This means the location of our team members may be flexible; however, “location flexible” does not mean we are hiring in all states.
We are NOT hiring candidates who reside in the following locations: California, Washington DC, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Washington State.
- Respond to customer emails, chat messages, and the occasional phone call
- Help customers navigate our site and advise them on best practices
- Turn our users’ merchandise visions into reality with the help of our graphic designers
- Assist sellers with their custom merch, stores, and payouts
- Fulfill replacement orders, provide shipment tracking, and troubleshoot print issues
- Report feedback in order to improve the customer experience
- Work with point people in other departments to solve customer issues
- Accurately and regularly record your individual performance metrics
- Keep up to date on our ever-evolving processes & feature releases
- A drive to please customers and deliver superior service
- An exceptional amount of patience, empathy, and accountability
- Strong written communication skills: proper composition, concision, and professionalism
- The focus and drive to meet and exceed performance-based metrics
- Your own equipment to work remotely (laptop, headphones, high speed wifi, etc.)
- The flexibility to work between 5 and 25 hours a week (varies depending on Bonfire’s seasonality)
