We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to help us ensure the high quality of our website at www.bonfire.com and several auxiliary in-house products. 

About You

• You can take full ownership of all stages in the testing process:
  • understanding the requirements, current behavior and specifications,
  • ensuring things work as expected and actively trying to break the site by trying imaginative usage scenarios and conditions,
  • reporting bugs and talking to both the developers and stakeholders in order to come to a resolution.
• You are comfortable manually testing websites. You can juggle between browsers and mobile devices and simulate different platforms. 
• You are experienced in automated testing – you have built and maintained automated testing frameworks that support various types of tests, such as functional, regression, and performance testing .
• Your English is excellent.

The Role

As a QA Tester at Bonfire, you will:

• Perform root cause analysis for problems reported by customers and other departments,
• create test scenarios for new features and manually test any code that our developers want to deploy,
• write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically;
• maximize test coverage for the critical features of the system by implementing E2E tests;
• do release pre-deploy coordination with the whole development team before every release
• continually try to identify regression bugs,
• triage and follow bugs and help stakeholders and users to reproduce bugs,
• establish procedures and metrics to measure the quality of the software development. For example: Defect reject ratio, Defect leakage ratio etc.
• create and maintain documentation describing QA processes and tools
